E-bikes are despatched from Cyclestore by Parcel Force on 48 hour delivery time. The customer will be sent details about the despatch on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Someone may be required to sign for the package when it’s delivered.
Ebikes are all inspected and put together before leaving. Please note however that the majority of bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost assembling.
