Electric bikes are despatched from Cyclestore using Parcel Force on 48 hour arrival. The customer will be given information about the shipment at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the following morning. Somebody may need to sign for the package when it’s delivered.
E-bikes are completely checked and put together before being sent. Please be aware however that almost all electric bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat post installing.
