E-bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48-hour delivery. The purchaser will get details about the despatch at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Somebody will probably need to sign for and accept the box when it arrives.
E-bikes are fully examined and built before leaving. Please be aware though that almost all electric bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seatpost assembling.
