Ebikes are sent from Cyclestore by Parcel Force with 48-hour delivery. The purchaser will get information about the delivery on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the following morning. A person may need to sign for the box when it’s delivered.
E-bikes are fully examined and set up before shipping. Please note though that most bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost assembling.
