Electric bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour arrival. The buyer will be given details about the despatch on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the following morning. Somebody will probably be required to sign for the package when it’s delivered.
Electric bikes are fully examined and set up before being sent. Please note though that the majority of bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost installing.
