Electric bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour arrival. The buyer will get information about the despatch on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the next morning. Somebody will probably be required to sign for the box when it arrives.
Ebikes are completely inspected and put together before being shipped. It’s worth noting however that the majority of electric bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost assembling.
