Electric bikes are despatched from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour arrival. The buyer will receive details about the shipment on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the next morning. Someone may be required to sign for and receive the package upon delivery.
Ebikes are all examined and built before leaving. Please be aware however that most bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seatpost assembling.
