The customer will get specifics about the shipment at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Someone will probably be required to sign for and receive the box upon delivery.
Electric bikes are completely examined and prepared before being shipped. Please be aware though that almost all bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost installing.
