Electric bikes are shipped from Cyclestore using Parcel Force on 48-hour arrival. The buyer will receive information about the despatch at the end of the day it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. Someone may need to sign for the package upon delivery.
Ebikes are all examined and built before being shipped. Please note however that the majority of bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat-post installing.
