E-bikes are despatched from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour delivery. The purchaser will receive details about the delivery on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the next morning. A person will probably be required to sign for the box when it arrives.
Electric bikes are all checked and put together before despatch. Please note though that most electric bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat-post assembling.
