Electric bikes are despatched from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour arrival. The customer will get details about the shipment at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. Someone will probably be required to sign for and accept the package when it arrives.
E-bikes are completely examined and set up before shipping. Please note though that most bikes will require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat-post installing.
