The purchaser will be sent specifics about the despatch at the end of the day it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. Someone may need to sign for and receive the box when it’s delivered.
E-bikes are all inspected and built before being sent. It’s worth noting though that most electric bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat post installing.
