E-bikes are sent from Cyclestore by Parcel Force on 48-hour delivery time. The purchaser will be sent information about the delivery at the end of the day it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the following morning. Somebody may need to sign for and accept the package upon delivery.
Ebikes are all checked and put together before being shipped. Please note though that the majority of electric bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat post assembling.
