Ebikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48-hour arrival. The customer will receive information about the delivery on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. A person will probably be required to sign for and receive the box when it’s delivered.
Ebikes are fully checked and set up before shipping. Please be aware however that almost all electric bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat post assembling.
