Electric bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour delivery time. The customer will receive details about the delivery on the evening it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the next morning. Somebody will probably need to sign for and accept the package upon delivery.
Electric bikes are fully examined and built before shipping. Please be aware however that almost all electric bikes will require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seatpost installing.
