Electric bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force on 48-hour arrival. The customer will be sent information about the despatch on the evening it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the following morning. A person may be required to sign for and accept the package when it arrives.
Electric bikes are all checked and built before being sent. It’s worth noting though that almost all bikes also require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat-post installing.
