The purchaser will get specifics about the despatch at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the following morning. Someone may need to sign for and receive the box when it arrives.
Electric bikes are all checked and built before shipping. Please note however that the majority of bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat post installing.
