E-bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force on 48 hour arrival. The customer will get specifics about the despatch on the evening it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Someone will probably be required to sign for and accept the box when it’s delivered.
Electric bikes are fully examined and put together before being sent. It’s worth noting however that almost all bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat-post installing.
