Ebikes are despatched from Cyclestore using Parcel Force on 48-hour delivery. The customer will be sent details about the despatch at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the next morning. Somebody will probably need to sign for and accept the box when it’s delivered.
E-bikes are all checked and put together before despatch. Please note though that the majority of bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat post installing.
