E-bikes are sent from Cyclestore by Parcel Force on 48 hour arrival. The purchaser will be sent details about the shipment at the end of the day it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. Someone may need to sign for and accept the box when it’s delivered.
