Electric bikes are shipped from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour delivery. The customer will be given information about the despatch on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the next morning. A person will probably need to sign for and receive the box when it arrives.
Ebikes are all examined and prepared before despatch. It’s worth noting though that the majority of bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat post installing.
