E-bikes are sent from Cyclestore by Parcel Force with 48 hour arrival. The purchaser will be sent information about the despatch on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. Someone may need to sign for and accept the box upon delivery.
E-bikes are completely checked and prepared before despatch. Please be aware though that almost all bikes also require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat-post installing.
