Electric bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force on 48-hour arrival. The purchaser will be given details about the shipment at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Somebody will probably need to sign for and receive the package upon delivery.
Electric bikes are all inspected and set up before leaving. Please note though that the majority of electric bikes also require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat post assembling.
