E-bikes are shipped from Cyclestore by Parcel Force with 48 hour delivery. The customer will receive information about the delivery on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. A person may be required to sign for and accept the box when it arrives.
Electric bikes are fully examined and built before leaving. Please be aware though that almost all bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost assembling.
