Electric bikes are shipped from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48-hour delivery time. The purchaser will be sent details about the despatch on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. Somebody may need to sign for the package when it’s delivered.
Ebikes are fully inspected and set up before despatch. It’s worth noting however that almost all electric bikes will require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat-post installing.
