Ebikes are sent from Cyclestore by Parcel Force with 48-hour delivery. The customer will receive information about the despatch on the evening it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. Somebody may need to sign for and accept the package when it arrives.
E-bikes are all checked and prepared before leaving. Please be aware though that almost all bikes also require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat post assembling.
