Smart Assist All SyncDrive motors have Smart Assist technology which adjusts the support to match the rider’s needs. E-bikes are shipped from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour arrival. The purchaser will be given specifics about the despatch on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Someone will probably need to sign for and accept the box when it arrives.
E-bikes are fully checked and set up before being sent. Please note though that most electric bikes will require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat post installing.
