E-bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force on 48-hour delivery. The customer will receive specifics about the despatch at the end of the day it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Somebody will probably need to sign for and receive the package when it arrives.
Ebikes are fully examined and put together before despatch. Please be aware however that almost all electric bikes also require the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seatpost assembling.
