E-bikes are sent from Cyclestore by Parcel Force with 48 hour delivery time. The purchaser will be sent specifics about the despatch on the evening it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the next morning. A person may need to sign for and accept the package when it’s delivered.
E-bikes are all checked and built before despatch. Please be aware though that almost all bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat post installing.
