Electric bikes are shipped from Cyclestore by Parcel Force on 48-hour arrival. The buyer will receive specifics about the delivery on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Someone may be required to sign for and accept the box upon delivery.
E-bikes are fully inspected and prepared before being shipped. Please be aware however that almost all bikes will require the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat-post assembling.
