Ebikes are despatched from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48-hour arrival. The customer will receive details about the shipment on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Someone will probably be required to sign for and accept the package upon delivery.
Ebikes are fully inspected and prepared before being sent. Please be aware however that the majority of bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seat post assembling.
