E-bikes are sent from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour arrival. The buyer will be given specifics about the despatch at the end of the day it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Someone will probably need to sign for the package when it’s delivered.
Ebikes are completely inspected and set up before shipping. Please note though that almost all bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat post installing.
