The customer will get details about the shipment on the evening it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the next morning. A person may be required to sign for and accept the package upon delivery.
E-bikes are fully checked and set up before being sent. It’s worth noting however that almost all electric bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seatpost assembling.
