E-bikes are shipped from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48-hour delivery. The customer will be given specifics about the delivery at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the following morning. Someone will probably be required to sign for and receive the package when it’s delivered.
Ebikes are completely checked and set up before despatch. Please be aware though that the majority of bikes also require the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat-post assembling.
