Electric bikes are shipped from Cyclestore using Parcel Force with 48 hour arrival. The customer will be sent information about the shipment on the evening it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the next morning. Someone will probably be required to sign for and accept the package when it arrives.
Electric bikes are fully examined and put together before shipping. Please note though that most electric bikes will need the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and seat-post assembling.
