Ebikes are despatched from Cyclestore by Parcel Force on 48 hour delivery. The customer will be sent details about the delivery at the end of the day it leaves Cyclestore and the order will be traceable online the following morning. Someone will probably need to sign for and accept the package upon delivery.
Ebikes are completely inspected and prepared before being shipped. Please be aware though that most bikes will still need the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seatpost installing.
