Electric bikes are sent from Cyclestore by Parcel Force on 48 hour delivery. The customer will be sent information about the despatch on the evening it’s sent by Cyclestore and the order can be tracked online the following morning. Someone may need to sign for the package when it arrives.
Electric bikes are completely inspected and built before being sent. It’s worth noting though that most bikes also require the front wheel, handlebars, foot pedals and seatpost assembling.
